DELIVERY INFORMATION
To ensure prompt delivery of your order, we use the best express couriers, selected based on the destination region and product type. The final price will be displayed in your cart and will be added to your order at checkout.

COUNTRIES AND COSTS
Free shipping on orders over €79.
For orders under €79, shipping costs are up to €6.50.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are processed starting at 8:00 a.m. the next business day. Orders placed on Friday will be processed on Monday.

ORDER TRACEABILITY
Once shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number to monitor and track the status of their shipment. Upon delivery, we recommend checking that the packaging is intact and free of damage or obvious alterations. In the event of any discrepancies, damage, or obvious alterations, immediately report these circumstances to the delivery person, writing "RECEIVED WITH RESERVATIONS - damaged package" on the delivery note. Only in this way will it be possible to charge the courier for any damage resulting from transportation after delivery; otherwise, the package is considered delivered correctly.

SHIPPING TIMES
Orders are guaranteed to be shipped within 48-72 hours of placing the order, while delivery will take place within 3 days from the date of shipment, except for islands, Calabria, and remote areas, where delivery times may be longer (up to 5 days). Please note that during long weekends and holidays, delivery within 3 days may not be guaranteed.
During peak periods (sales, Christmas, etc.) shipments may be delayed.

You can track your order status in your personal account. Once your package has been picked up by the courier, you'll receive an email with a link to track your shipment.

For orders with in-store pickup, there are no set delivery times as the goods are shipped via our in-house couriers. Order delivery can vary from 1 to 5 business days; customers will receive an email when their order is ready for pickup.
