Every customer who purchases on www.gulliverabbigliamento.it has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Returns may be made within 14 days of receiving the goods. Returns are free and will be handled at Gulliver Abbigliamento's expense via its courier.

For a product to be eligible for return, it must be in the same condition as when purchased, with no signs of use and the original tag still attached.

The security tag on returned items must not be cut or broken. The right of withdrawal will be properly exercised or the request for replacement of purchased items can be accepted only if all the TERMS AND CONDITIONS below are met.

Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, components, and original artwork. They must also be appropriately packaged in the same manner in which they were received.

If you believe you have received defective merchandise or there have been shipping errors, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp at 351.6820501, sending a photo of the product and the email address used for purchase, to initiate a size exchange or return.

REFUND REQUESTS Once the item has been received by Gulliver di Donnarumma Paola at the Boutique located in Via Caserta 7, 80033 Cicciano (NA), the price paid for the purchased item will be refunded.
